If we compromise on quality we let our entire brand down, but most importantly we let our valued customers down. Every cartridge refilled by Cartridge Green goes through a standardised Quality assurance process including; * Physical inspection to check for defects or signs of obvious damage * Electronic pre-fill testing to ensure all circuitry functions work properly * Fully mechanised cleaning procedures to remove old or dried ink or toner from the cartridge * Second round testing * Replacement of any worn parts and chips * Filling under OEM like manufacturing conditions * Post-fill testing to insure coverage, density, drying times and nozzle functionality * Cartridge resetting * Packaging to an extremely high standard to protect the cartridge during transport and ensure a clean, sharp print every time. Cartridge Green uses only the best cartridge refilling technology available and continually reinvests to further improve our refilling processes. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with the quality of your refill, then we will endeavour to fix the problem or we’ll give you your money back. |
